Judy's social media presence was very strong, and based on their brochures and publications with other properties, I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings - real professionals. We spoke with Judy Lee Klein and then met with her at our home to go over an exquisite market analysis and overall marketing strategy. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell during the COVID pandemic! And, since we were in the Army, Judy dealt with many variables and changing circumstances with our move. Judy made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like using her professional background and expertise to give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition (on the same street). So much, that an offer came in 10K above offer, with escalation clause, and without the Buyers seeing the property in person! Our house went under contract in 18 hours after we put it on the market.
